The 3 Ford Model Ts were transferred to the Building Inspection, the Health and the Treasurers Departments on July 9th 1914 no reason given. The 1930 Owners Certificate shows that there was a Reo serial #7R1970 used as the first Foamite, and a Hudson serial #521844 used as the first Rescue #1 and no certificate for a Hudson automobile. It could be possible that the Chief traded in the 1928 Hudson Automobile for the Rescue. The Hudson was used as a shop truck and to pull the snow scraper, as well as transporting Fire Crews to fires at the change of shifts.
